RETURNS/EXCHANGES

• Items must be UN-WORN, UN-WASHED, with TAGS STILL ATTACHED to be returned for exchange. 

• Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. 

• Online purchases may be returned thru the mail using the carrier of YOUR choice.

• All custom items (tees, jewelry, etc.) cannot be returned.

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive store credit. 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping cost are not refundable. We do not provide return labels.
 
SHIPPING
Online purchases are processed within 24-48 hours of order being placed online and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day.
